Lovely place for a meal. Spectacular views and delicious food

The staff was very nice, the food great and the view amazing! I can definitely recommend going there and having the berry pancakes :)

A lovely cafe with delicious food and in an amazing spot. We visited the cliff top cafe on what happened to be the first sunny morning in some time. The views were lovely and it was very cosy inside. I had been before but not for some time and it wasn't some where I necessarily think of but someone else recommended it and we were very glad they did. I remember I had been a few times the other year to grab a takeaway breakfast baguette, as I was working along the cliffs, and that was lovely. The baguettes were full of tasty breakfast fillings and in delicious soft buttery baguettes. So I was looking forward to visiting again. When we arrived and saw the menu we were very excited. We ordered the breakfast stack pancakes that came with three pancakes, maple syrup, bacon, eggs and a hashbrown. We also had a milkshake each. It was all really delicious. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon and hashbrown done perfectly crispy. The eggs were lovely and runny and it was all brought together by the maple syrup. I would definitely recommend a visit here anytime and I suspect it may become a favourite spot. Followed by a walk along the beach of course or perhaps after being on the beach and working up an appetite walking back up the cliff.

We arrived as it was opening and there were people waiting outside already! Lovely breakfast with polite happy staff. Good pathway down to an amazing beach for a walk after.

We visited on a Sunday and it’s an extremely popular place. Serving from 10am, locals get there before to bag the outdoor seats, so be aware you might have to sit indoors which is a little cramped once full. Lovely food, superb cup of tea and brilliant staff run off their feet! Recommend the breakfasts and it’s dog friendly as well. Placed neatly at the top of Whitsand Beach, this makes the ideal stop off to get a cuppa before a day on the sand.

It was a wet, misty quite miserable day but inside The Clifftop Cafe it was sunshine all the way ! A well priced menu with plenty of choice, friendly and welcoming staff. Enjoyed every second of our visit.

And for my vegan friends, there were plenty of choices too, ensuring that everyone could indulge in their favorite treats. But what truly stole my heart was the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the staff and members of the cafe. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. It felt like visiting old friends rather than just another cafe. The surroundings added to the charm of the experience. With picturesque nature all around, it felt like a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And to top it all off, the cafe is pet-friendly! Being able to enjoy my hot chocolate while watching furry friend made the experience even more special. In conclusion, my visit to this cafe was nothing short of magical. Delicious hot chocolate, welcoming staff, and a pet-friendly environment - what more could one ask for? I wholeheartedly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a cozy haven to unwind and indulge in their favorite treats.
